Office of Corporate Linkages and Placements (OCLP) in collaboration with BF-Tech Training as Enabled Partner organized Mock Interviews on Thursday, November 05, 2020, at Saleem Asghar Ali Hall. Students from all domains attended the session in two-time slots (10: 30 am – 01:00 pm and 01:30 pm – 04:00 pm) and followed the SOP’s strictly. Different impact bytes were arranged by the OCLP, including on-spot psychometric assessment, counseling with interviewing specialists, resume evaluation, and on-spot feedback to access the professional competence and skill set of participating students. Some of the leading companies that participated in the session, included i2c, Fatima Group, Warda Design, Samad Group, DS Global, Himont Group, Allied Marketing, Techno Training, Amco IT System, Shayan Solution, MSN Global, Medlane Healthcare, Nourish by Ayesha, Transparent Hand, Rasikh Consilium, FES Consultants Pvt Ltd and The Support Group. Over 300+ students registered for the event and benefited from this healthy learning opportunity.

Office of Career Services (OCS) conducted Mock Interviews in the Conference Hall, UMT Lahore. The purpose of this mock interview was to provide participants with an opportunity to practice their interviewing skills in an environment similar to an actual interview, where they can also practice the interview etiquette.
More than 50 participants from multiple disciplines (CS, BA, SE, Aviation, EE, IE, TXD etc.) attended and vigorously participated in the mock interview session.
The Mock Interview panelist were Mr Hassan Masood Javaid (HR Generalist, MAN Diesel & Turbo), Mr Sharif Ghani (Chief Consulting Officer, MAXHILLS/ Country Head - Pakistan & Afghanistan - BD, Greatview Aseotic Packaging Europe GmbH ), Ms Sumbal Fatima (HR and Admin Manager, Lahore Qalandars), Ms Yasmeen Butt (Organizational Psychologist, Manadus), Mr Kaleem Ahmad (K Konsultants), Mr Ayub, Mr Rai Yousaf and Mr Butt (MD, Vire Consultant) and Team OCS.
The panelists shared their feedback during and after the interview which guided the session students in their career design. Students appreciated the activity and suggested OCS to conduct more of such activities.

OCS organized Mock Interviews with the support of Mr. Ali Chohan- Assistant Professor for the graduating participants enrolled in BBA (Hons); Mr. Sajjad Mir from MCB and Mr. Shahan Babar- HR Manager from Assac Corporation were invited who conducted Mock Interviews with eighteen (18) graduating participants.
After this mock activity the feedback and areas of improvement identified by the Interviewers was shared with the participants for their guidance and improvement.

Mock interview and employement test was conducted at UMT Lahore in Conference Hall and 2N-1 class room respectively. Employement Test was taken by 11 students from various disciplines including MBA, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Accounting. Whereas, 12 students appeared for the mock interview from various disciplines.
