The UMT Faculty Secondment Program 2026 is an initiative by the Office of Corporate Linkages and Placements (OCLP), University of Management and Technology (UMT). The program enables organizations to leverage UMT's academic expertise through a structured 2–6-week Faculty Immersion Program. During the program, faculty members collaborate with industry teams to solve real-world challenges, share knowledge, and identify opportunities for innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
